The hot air balloon ride is only for 5 years and above.

Pregnant women in their first trimester are allowed to join the balloon flight, subject to the pilot's assessment on site.

Guests with back injuries and had operation for the last 6 months are not allowed to join the tour unless a doctor's note is provided.

We provide stone dwelling rooms, with mattresses, sheets, blankets, and pillows included.

We can accommodate 1 small carry-on luggage per guest.

We have shared bathroom facilities at the camp. No showers to keep the authenticity of the experience.

We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, kosher-style, gluten-free. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.

We suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes. In the winter, we recommend bringing something warm to wear. Closed toe shoes and long pants are recommended for the night walk.

The approximate pickup time is between 5:30 and 6:30 PM, depending on the sunset of the month. The exact time is communicated around noon on the day of the experience.
